In my career as an Occupational Therapist, the thing that I have enjoyed most is working with individuals to overcome challenges, big and small.   I am compelled to practice craniosacral therapy because it is a very gentle method of treatment that achieves, at a deeper level, this precise outcome. When receiving regular CST people experience a shift in their bodies toward better all-around health which is comforting to the individual and very rewarding as a therapist.  I am happiest when my practice allows an individual to meet their own personal goals and I find CST is another way for me to play a supporting role to that end.
